Shred Shake

This is a daily post workout staple for us. Super simple and delivers the nutrients you need to start the recovery process. Add a scoop of your favourite nut butter if you need extra fats.

Shred Shake

Ingredients

1/2 Banana 4 Ice Cubes 1 Scoop Protein Powder 1 Tbsp LSA Meal (Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds and Almonds) 1 Tsp True Protein Greens

Method

1/ Add all the ingredients in to a blender and mix 2/ Top with a bit of cinnamon
