Another really simple one if you have prepared the lentils earlier.

Salmon, Lentils & Slaw

Ingredients

180g High Quality Salmon (e.g. [NZ King Salmon](https://www.kingsalmon.co.nz/)) 1 tbps Olive Oil Pinch or two of Flour with crispy skin 50g Black Beluga Lentils Packet of Slaw Kit

Method

Add a little flour to a plate and add a pinch of salt Place salmon skin down on to the flour and coat (skin only). Make sure you tap any excess flour off the salmon before cooking. Heat a pan to a low heat Once the pan is warm add the oil and then then the salmon Let it cook really slowly for 5-10min to prevent burning Once it is 3/4 cooked flip the salmon and let it finish cooking for 5min. Add all the other ingredients on a plate and serve
