My Vibe Coding Dilemma
I almost had a mental breakdown this week and I had to pause and reflect on why I was getting so anxious.
Darrell had vibe coded a demo on top of our Clipflow code that had over 50 different features and he had done it in 2 days.
This should be a very exciting experience but for me it created mountains of anxiety and I put my guard up.
Have you ever experienced this and how have you dealt with it?
Piggybacking Off Someone Else's Work
We had an epic meeting with Recreate AU who are a full service content production company who handle the shoot all the way to publishing and scheduling.
When I asked him where he had seen us, he said he saw us in an ad where we were talking about Kinso and realised the ad was actually about Clipflow.
We had successfully leveraged all of Frank and Jacques' hard work to gain eyeballs for our product... thanks lads ;)
Pricing Issues
After meeting with a customer and discussing Clipflow's pricing, I realised that when trying to communicate our price structure - it was very difficult and getting in the way of the sale.
In the early days of building, you're trying to meet customers where they are. And when dealing with businesses, one size doesn't necessarily fit all.
After hours of discussion with @darrell on Saturday, we landed on a very simple price structure that will work for everyone.
Can't wait to see what next week brings.
