Last week was absolute chaos and in the midst of it I felt like I had no time to work on Clipflow code.
But Darrell Gardiner reminded I had completed the new Client Portal and it was currently being tested in staging.
Now that it’s finished, it feels like a really elegant solution to the problem our agency users were struggling with.
When working with clients there’s nothing worst than having to teach them a new system.
It creates tension when the agency should be focused on their delivery and promises (they’re not a support centre).
What we’ve come up with is an extremely simplified version of Clipflow that can be configured without having to spend weeks building a custom solution.
Keep an eye out for this one - it will be available as soon as we stress tested it.
