Security
This week proved if you don't take security extremely seriously your business is at risk of being wiped off the face the planet.
The hackers behind the Shai-Hulud worm released version 2 this week and compromised over 490 NPM packages.
At Clipflow, we've always taken security extremely seriously because we've built a very big business in the past and learned the lessons the hard way.
Even with this in mind, we know there are gaps that we still need to address.
This weeks hack forced us to take action sooner rather than later.
Post Scheduler
Even though we talk about dog fooding (using your own product) every day at Clipflow, this week we released a feature that was another result of using our own tool.
We create a lot of content and keeping track of where that content is going across multiple platforms, on multiple days, in multiple formats (text posts, shorts, YouTube videos, carousels) was slowing down our team.
With that in mind, we built a Post Scheduler inside of Clipflow as a core function.
We're testing out right now with this piece of content...
200 Pieces of Content a Week
This week we spoke to @Shehan from @Elephant Advisory who has an epic goal of hitting 200 pieces of content per week by February 2026.
We also make a lot of content for @clipflow and when we were doing our bulk content push trying to hit similar numbers - we saw how difficult it can become without the right tools and team.
It can become very overwhelming when you first dive into content.
So when using a tool like Clipflow, a lot of the initial thinking about setting up a content system has been done for you.
