Our New Onboarding is Deployed
We spent the last 2 weeks developing a brand new onboarding flow for Clipflow.
Onboarding is the door to the whole app and if you get it wrong you'll turn users away.
Not only new users but old users can be affected when you change signup flows.
We spent a couple days thoroughly testing to make sure we had no hiccups.
(Thankfully there were none.)
Motivating the Team
We use live feedback to keep the team pumped (and give them a little bit of a dopamine hit).
When a user signs up, we post it to a Slack channel for everyone to see and celebrate.
It's amazing how much this little thing can motivate the team.
Launched New Ad Campaign
For the first time since we started, a real professional (@darrell) has worked on ads for us at Clipflow (and you can tell).
We've got a bunch of new ad creatives launching and we're super excited to see how they perform.
We also moved our conversion event further down the funnel so facebook has to work harder to find the right users.
Can't wait to see what next week brings.
